THE ESSENCE OF THE TEMPLATE: It is a vehicle sale and purchase template drafted in Hungarian language with provisions necessary for registration of the new owner at the vehicle registry. The purchase price is indicated only in an annex of the contract, the body of the contract only refers to the fact that the contract was concluded for consideration. The annex does not need to be submitted to the authorities in the course of the registration of the new owner. The contract includes provisions on termination in case the originality test would fail. The annexes of the contract provides details on the condition, the transfer, the accessories of the vehicle and warranty claims, if any.
