Based on a 10 year old criminal law practice, our criminal law experts represent defendants and victims with special attention to the above from the investigation phase to the final decision of the criminal courts. Our practice covers successfully represented compensation claims, too, brought against the Hungarian State by clients who suffered from coercive measures as criminal defendants but who later proved to be innocent.

In 2010 our colleagues joined the international PenalNet program and became part of the international criminal lawyer cooperation, too.

In misdemeanor procedures we pursue to provide procedural guarantees by professionally representing individuals challenged for conducting minor offences, and by that we intend to achieve that the legal consequence applied is not inadequately harsh as compared to the actual offense. In these procedures it is a priority to avoid or lessen sanctions that would adversely influence our clients’ life (e.g. avoiding withdrawal of driving license when traffic offense is committed).
